Join us for Yoga in Yeronga. Classes run each Thursday morning (during school term) from 5.45 to 6.45 am. We softly ease into yoga at the start of term learning the foundations to build a safe, nurturing practice. Classes include both static and flowing postures with longer holds. Throughout the term they build in complexity and strength. We learn how to consciously breathe and combine movement with the breath, so that we flow in a moving meditation. Classes are intended to inspire those who are new to yoga to increase strength and flexibility and those who already have a developed practice, to go deeper challenging themselves to their full potential. You are most welcome to drop in on a casual basis and join the energy, warmth and flow of our community in Yeronga.
