Corporate Yoga



Yoga proactively supports the wellbeing of your employees. Yoga at work not only improves health and fitness, but it increases a sense of overall wellbeing, happiness and contributes towards a positive working culture. Yoga teaches the virtues of accountability, focus, calmness and dedication and increases employee retention while decreasing sick leave.

Pricing and options can be tailored to suit your company’s individual wellness program.

Full subsidy: Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee

Partial subsidy: Class fees are shared by employee & employer

Hosting: Employer offers space and employees individually pay for classes

  • $120 per hour for total group payment
  • $15* per student for individual payment/partial subsidy

*minimum group size is 8 people

Classes can be purchased in  6 or 8 week blocks or purchased on an adhoc basis and run from 45 minutes to 1 hour 



We are available for off-site events and have a studio available for use in Brisbane.

Yoga at the end of a day is designed with the end in mind; allowing the body to wind down and to create space to process the day’s information.  It also ensures a peaceful transition into the rest of the evening.
