A class for the St Ita’s School Community. Drop the kids off at school and join us in the beautiful school hall for an hour of flow to strengthen, tone and relax. After your practice is done you day starts with renewed energy and vitality. For Mum’s with bubs, toddlers & pre-schoolers who want to do yoga, but can’t leave the kids behind – bring them along!
Yoga mats provided if you don’t have your own.
