The Yoga Essential Series is a step by step introduction into Yoga building your practice from the ground up.  Each posture will be taught in a way that the develops a strong, healthy, safe, and mindful Yoga practice.

We look at the importance of alignment in postures, how to work towards experiencing ease & stability and the importance of the breath and its effect on the practice and in life.

Courses run in 5 week parallel blocks.  Each week will explore different posture groups, breathing techniques, sun salutations and bandhas.
